I wanted to capture each season and its colours and mood in different areas of this open plan space. Each area is very distinct and the issue was allowing them to work in harmony with its next area.. with the use of different seasonal renders I think this has been accomplished. So take a wander from the summer time balcony and reading snug through to the main spring lounge area and patio. Then double back and find yourself into autumns rich colours in the office/study and dining area, before heading deep into winter as you step up into the kitchen.

Hey, I bring a New Year's Eve party here in the summer! Also because I'm from Brazil and it's very hot this time of year! The color palette has pastel tones, mainly beige and a small dose of light blue, which mix with a lot of red and green in the Christmas decoration. Natural materials and light colors bring comfort, relaxation and a certain purity. In the scene, the girl hugs her Christmas present, doesn't let go of it, the visitors soon arrive, and her parents are finishing up on the upper floor, the table is set and New Year's Eve will be perfect with this view of the sea!

The floorplan was designed to make the best of the ocean views and to let the sea breeze into the space. Good evening everyone, thank you for being here to know my design; I decided to combine Pantone color 17-3938 with a luxury business. This very particular color, a shade between blue and purple, goes perfectly with light woods and golden surfaces. In this project I have created a luxury botique in a modern style; the cuts in the false ceiling provide the whole environment with the right lighting. The golden metal goes very well with the wooden floor, while a part of the balcony has been closed to create a dressing room. Thanks for viewing
