The design started off with the modern wooden house model that was found in the library and then transported on a one level house and transformed into a mostly glass house. What a find that model was!! The space s was organized into a basement level for the open plan LDK and the whole top floor was dedicated to a master suite for the man and his dogs as you would see! Please enjoy this deep, dark and moody space. One thing, dear Homestyler, if I may ask that you would please make the woods environment for rendering part of the generic section to be used for indoor and outdoor lighting. That would be so amazing!

Her glowing reindeer, Blitz and Snark, stood bravely in the mushy yard, now adorned with sticky marshmallows she’d been flinging out the window in a self-declared war against boredom. Inside, Wanda had cranked the cheer to max. Twinkling lights adorned every corner, the fireplace roared like it was trying to outdo the sun, and Gerald, her mounted deer head, wore his lavender wreath with all the enthusiasm of someone who’d rather be elsewhere. “Cheer up, Gerald,” Wanda said, tossing a cookie at him. It bounced off his antlers and landed in the fire. Muffin the cat, observing from her perch on the couch, let out a judgy meow.Up in the loft, her bedroom was a Pinterest board come to life—fairy lights, cozy throws, and a window where Wanda kept tabs on Nutkins, the squirrel who raided her bird feeder daily. The mistletoe over the stairs? A disaster. After last week’s duct-tape rescue, it now hung like a warning sign, and Wanda avoided walking under it, muttering, “Not this time.” Downstairs, the kitchen looked like a festive tornado had hit. There was flour on the ceiling, chocolate on the walls, and her "gingerbread men" -in the basement coffee table, looked more like a crime scene. By midnight, Wanda had claimed her throne (aka the armchair) and was nestled in a fortress of throw pillows, bowl of cookie blobs in hand, watching the fire crackle with satisfaction. The main goal was to alter the very simple façade along with vital maintenance works both indoors and outdoors but without altering the original layout. The building is split in 3 floors with the semibasement floor being a completely independent studio space. The client also requested the redesign of the landscape with the addition of a swimming pool, deciduous trees and native plants but also using local and sustainable materials such as travertine.

1137.36㎡ This ocean conservation cafe looks like an ordinary cafe with beautiful panoramic views from the outside, however it lives up to its name by inhabiting endangered species of tropical sea life. Large aquarium-like tanks in the centre of the basement restaurant are used to care for the fish with the aim of repopulating them, and once they are old enough, they are released back into the ocean which surrounds the basement and can be seen through the outer windows.
