55.85㎡ Let's have some fun! :) It was Christmas Eve in Wanda’s cabin, and while Bing Crosby crooned about snow, all she got was mud and drizzle. Her glowing reindeer, Blitz and Snark, stood bravely in the mushy yard, now adorned with sticky marshmallows she’d been flinging out the window in a self-declared war against boredom. Inside, Wanda had cranked the cheer to max. Twinkling lights adorned every corner, the fireplace roared like it was trying to outdo the sun, and Gerald, her mounted deer head, wore his lavender wreath with all the enthusiasm of someone who’d rather be elsewhere. “Cheer up, Gerald,” Wanda said, tossing a cookie at him. It bounced off his antlers and landed in the fire. Muffin the cat, observing from her perch on the couch, let out a judgy meow.Up in the loft, her bedroom was a Pinterest board come to life—fairy lights, cozy throws, and a window where Wanda kept tabs on Nutkins, the squirrel who raided her bird feeder daily. The mistletoe over the stairs? A disaster. After last week’s duct-tape rescue, it now hung like a warning sign, and Wanda avoided walking under it, muttering, “Not this time.” Downstairs, the kitchen looked like a festive tornado had hit. There was flour on the ceiling, chocolate on the walls, and her "gingerbread men" -in the basement coffee table, looked more like a crime scene. By midnight, Wanda had claimed her throne (aka the armchair) and was nestled in a fortress of throw pillows, bowl of cookie blobs in hand, watching the fire crackle with satisfaction. Outside, Blitz and Snark twinkled against the rain, marshmallow remnants clinging to their glowing frames. “Merry Christmas, Gerald,” Wanda said, raising her eggnog in a toast. Gerald didn’t reply—he never did—but Wanda could’ve sworn his shadow looked less annoyed. Somewhere in the distance, Nutkins chattered, probably about his scarf. It wasn’t a Hallmark movie Christmas, but it was hers, and Wanda wouldn’t have it any other way.

Concepto de diseño:Casa ambientada en el futuro, sobre una colina con vistas al mar. Paredes de cemento y vidrios que se pueden oscurecer a voluntad. Una piscina infinita con agua de mar filtrada, techo verde y con recolección de agua de lluvia, baldosas del deck que son paneles solares, garaje para un auto eléctrico y ascensor panorámico para el ingreso. Este diseño fusiona modernidad, naturaleza y domótica en un espacio abierto y fluido. El interior combina líneas limpias, acabados metálicos y mobiliario contemporáneo. La cocina con iluminación natural se conecta con el comedor y la sala. El loft superior se presenta como un refugio multimedia, la vista panorámica crea un espacio de contemplación y esparcimiento. El exterior se integra de manera orgánica con el paisaje, ofreciendo zonas para el descanso junto a una piscina. Las formas curvas y materiales naturales en la arquitectura exterior refuerzan la conexión con el entorno, logrando un equilibrio perfecto entre confort y belleza. El mobiliario ligero y transparente no resta protagonismo al paisaje. Este concepto refleja una vida contemporánea en contacto directo con la naturaleza, donde cada espacio se diseña para brindar bienestar y funcionalidad. Aplicación de la función AI:Se utilizo AI Designer para definir el estilo arquitectónico y seleccionar elementos coherentes con la visión futurista y ecológica del proyecto. La AI Modeler permitió agilizar la creación de estructuras innovadoras. La Ai Moodboard ayudo a combinar la paleta de colores y materiales. Tema DE LA COMPETENCIA:La inteligencia artificial ha sido una herramienta fundamental en el desarrollo de este proyecto, utilizada en múltiples etapas para optimizar el diseño y garantizar la sostenibilidad. La casa une sustentabilidad y domótica en todos sus ambientes, con iluminación activada por sensores de movimiento, robots de limpieza, uso responsable del agua de mar y la energía solar. Loft que cumple muchas funciones en un solo espacio, los materiales son maderas y metal, las tonalidades marrones, blancas y un toque de mostaza. En un mismo espacio podemos encontrar diversas funciones, despacho de trabajo, salón comedor, cocina, baño, lavadero y almacén, en el piso superior la zona de dormir con su baño. Aprovechar el poco espacio para poder tener casa y trabajo a la vez.

Ho messo un po' del mio estro ed un po' della tua "pulizia" e il mix che è venuto fuori mi soddisfa molto. Tu sei la migliore e so che un giorno dovrò davvero progettarti una bella casa perché diventerai una grande manager come meriti. Però non andare ad abitare troppo lontano da me, ok?LA CASA: ingresso - ripostiglio nel sottoscala, LDK, salotto, bagno, camera padronale con guardaroba, seconda camera, SPA con piscina. SOPRA: loft open space diviso per zone: studio, music area, palestra, ripostiglio/lavanderia, libreria, angolo del tè, divano letto per ospiti e zona gatti per Bowie e Queenie (Bucella), bagno.
