In 1838, a project was approved for a two-story house in the classicism style on the basement of Major Melnikov's house with a facade facing Grafsky (Saperny) Lane. Architect Alexander Petrovich Gemilian. In 1900, a project was drawn up for a major restructuring of the house along Saperny Lane. Building B - a multi-apartment brick residential building of variable number of storeys from 3 to 5 floors in the back of the yard.

This is a luxury apartment in the city center. Designed as for a single person who knows what they want and who loves the luxury of living the high life in the city. It was styled for a bachelor who does exactly that. The interior can be described as 'hounds tooth meets luxury brass tones'. Black and white were also used as it's the most classical of all color schemes and seem to never really grow out of fashion.

Mariia Kolp 162.51㎡ The goal of this room refresh was to get this holiday apartment by the coast ready for the summer season rental market. A fresh new color scheme of shades of white and aqua was paired with the bleached wood to get the summery driftwood look of the ocean. Upstairs a spacious master suite, downstairs an extra sleeping couch with a shower room nearby. Also ample living spaces both outdoors and indoors on both floors. The furniture was chosen to be multi purpose as to maximize the accommodation of guests. The location is on the beach. Happy holidays!

There are communal spaces and also apartments of different sizes. Intergraded in the living space there's also places for growing vegetables and crops. 100.10㎡ I redesigned my parents' apartment. The house where the apartment is was built in 1914. The apartment is about 80 sqm and was designed for two people and a maid. The maid could enter through the kitchen door, which is why the apartment has two doors. There are no street windows, only courtyard windows. East facing, dark in winter and only sunny until noon in summer. The four of us moved here from a 48 sqm apartment. So the high ceilings and the almost double space felt huge. At the time, a person needed 10-15 sqm of living space according to the state, so the approval of the move required the skill of my father and grandmother. My father wanted a separate room for my brother and me. The apartment belonged to the state, so the modification needed the state's permission and they sent workers to do it... figure, we didn't get a separate room. I implemented my father's idea in the plan, and a little bit more. Although I don't think he would have liked to live in ldk. That was something we only saw in the movies back then. I tried to keep it in the spirit of the time. Adult furniture was available in three colours lightbrown, mid-brown or darkbrown. Kitchen furniture was only in white, yellow or orange. Tile selection was similarly "colorful", and in one size only. Blue sanitary ware was very cool. And yes the radiators were yellow. The floor lamp in the living room is the one I brought in with ai modelers help. It has become a highly valued iconic piece today. When it was bought it was just a floor lamp.
