I combined organic materials, warm lighting, and natural tones with unexpected statement pieces to create a space that feels inviting, creative, and memorable. Rather than chasing trends, I focused on layering textures, art, and sculptural furniture to give each room its own personality while keeping the entire apartment cohesive.

66.52㎡ The concept behind this design stems from a desire to create a residential space in Hydra that seamlessly bridges the sleekness of contemporary elements with the warmth of classic, heritage-inspired touches, as beautifully showcased in this open-plan layout. A calm and balanced color palette was chosen for this project. You will notice premium white marble flooring with delicate grey veining, beautifully contrasted by warm grey fabric wall coverings. To introduce a bold and striking contrast, sleek black marble was selected for the modern kitchen island, softened by the inclusion of pastel sky-blue bar stools. Throughout the space, subtle classical touches are introduced to break the rigidity of modern straight lines and minimalist furniture. This is most prominent in the ornate ceiling medallion from which a sculptural, fluid chandelier drapes, as well as in the vintage-patterned tiles gracing the bathroom floor. Lighting plays a pivotal role in bringing this design to life. The thoughtful layering of concealed ceiling LED strips—which add a sense of depth—paired with targeted shelving spotlights and the artistic central chandelier, creates an ambiance that is both cozy and luxurious. Ultimately, it is this precise balance of diverse elements that makes this design truly unique and inviting.

Errm I used the beginner template, but I found it lacked a bathroom and a big kitchen, so I decided to replace the dining room with a bedroom, turn the living room into a combined kitchen and dining room with a TV, add a desk space with natural lighting, and finally make a bathroom. Please note this is my first project, and nothing is from the original template. I hope you like my design. :)

Two bedrooms disappear into a quiet composition of walls and shadows. Storage becomes architecture. The balcony opens a small escape from the interior, while the living space remains at the center a place for encounters, silence, and everyday rituals. Nothing here tries to impress at first glance. The apartment reveals itself slowly, room by room, like a memory you almost forgot you had. A home built not around the amount of space you have, but around everything you choose to keep within it.

38.57㎡ 47 m² — a space where you don’t have to choose between functionality and sensuality. This apartment is built not around the number of square meters, but around a feeling. There is no attempt here to visually “enlarge” the space at any cost. On the contrary I allowed it to be intimate, deep, and slightly dramatic. The open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area become the heart of the apartment a place for living, conversations, dinners, and silence. The bedroom is separated from it not simply as a functional zone, but as a personal space where one can disappear at the end of the day. In the hallway, the built-in wardrobe works almost unnoticed: storage should not compete with the architecture of the interior. That is why everything necessary is hidden within the space itself. It was important for me to preserve a sense of unity: so that the transition from one zone to another feels natural, and the apartment does not fall apart into separate rooms. I deliberately worked with deeper shades, textures, and subdued lighting. Because a small space does not necessarily have to be light, white, and sterile to appear larger. Sometimes coziness is born precisely from depth. For me, a good interior is not one that simply looks beautiful in a photograph. It is a space where a person gets the feeling: “here, I can be myself.” this was the main idea behind this apartment.

Designed for a magazine editor-in-chief, this project grounds itself in Alvar Aalto’s human-centric philosophy, where spatial form reflects the quiet warmth of materials, natural light, and the gentle rhythms of everyday life. The apartment bridges private retreat and creative collaboration, allowing spaces to adapt effortlessly to different social needs. Pale birch wood, soft slatted partitions, textured ceramics, and muted earth tones come together to cultivate an atmosphere that feels open, restrained, and full of life. The layout establishes a thoughtful circulation pattern right from the entrance. Turning left leads directly to the open kitchen and dining area, which serves double duty as an informal workshop table for editorial team meetings. Turning right accesses a sunlit utility nook and an outdoor balcony filled with lush potted greenery. Facing the entrance, a flexible timber barn door paired with a clear glass partition creates an adaptable boundary to the main living room. Opening the door merges the entrance touchdown station, kitchen workspace, and living lounge into an expansive, connected gathering venue. Closing the door provides acoustic and visual privacy, allowing the living space to transform into a quiet guest suite for visiting parents or family. Beyond the social zones, the private quarters maintain a deep connection to nature and functional harmony. The master bedroom offers a direct sightline out toward the green balcony, letting soft daylight and views of foliage filter through wooden venetian blinds each morning. A semi-open timber screen partition subtly divides the sleeping area from a built-in dressing corner without interrupting light flow or spatial continuity. Across the entire home, integrated details like a living room refreshment bar, slatted privacy screens, and warm pendant lighting deliver a cozy, organic environment perfectly suited for modern living and creative work.

Instead, it allows its inhabitant to simply be surrounded by music, books, clothes, work, and their own thoughts. With five-meter-high ceilings, verticality becomes one of the defining architectural gestures of the apartment. The space stretches upward, creating a feeling of air, freedom, and quiet grandeur. As the sun sets, natural light slowly gives way to deeper, warmer tones, transforming the apartment from a living space into an intimate personal world. At the entrance, a generous walk-in wardrobe combines extensive storage with a dedicated vanity area, a large mirror, and shoe storage. It becomes more than a functional zone it is a ritual of transition, a place to leave the outside world behind and become yourself again. The bathroom is organized around separate scenarios: an enclosed shower, a private toilet, and a shared washbasin area connected by a small transitional corridor. The laundry zone is integrated into this corridor, keeping everyday functions close at hand without allowing them to dominate the space. The living room becomes the emotional center of the apartment. Bookshelves and musical instruments coexist with a generous seating area, while the large window opens the interior toward the evening sky. Two private rooms are designed as spaces for work and creativity. Their desks face the windows, connecting long hours of concentration with the changing light outside. This interior is not about displaying luxury. It is about sensuality, freedom, and the pleasure of inhabiting your own life. A place where you can read late into the night, play music, work while watching the sunset, stand in front of the mirror, or simply do nothing. Because a home is not a decoration. It is a space where you return to yourself.
