Natural wood, hessian textures,tribal masks and hand painted tiles have been introduced to produce a lively warm earthy mix. The ground floor area has vaulted wooden ceiling creating an intimate feel whilst upstairs the master bedroom and bathroom have a lighter touch and fresher palette with vibrant tones of sunflower yellow.

Therefore it was the logical choice to choose shades of wood as the main attraction and design inspiration. The house was designed for living in the country with a family or to use it as a weekend retreat with groups of friends. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and ample living spaces makes it a comfortable home to live in. The garden was designed for country living with a pool area and deck.

Andi Padmandi 100.10㎡ I redesigned my parents' apartment. The house where the apartment is was built in 1914. The apartment is about 80 sqm and was designed for two people and a maid. The maid could enter through the kitchen door, which is why the apartment has two doors. There are no street windows, only courtyard windows. East facing, dark in winter and only sunny until noon in summer. The four of us moved here from a 48 sqm apartment. So the high ceilings and the almost double space felt huge. At the time, a person needed 10-15 sqm of living space according to the state, so the approval of the move required the skill of my father and grandmother. My father wanted a separate room for my brother and me. The apartment belonged to the state, so the modification needed the state's permission and they sent workers to do it... figure, we didn't get a separate room. I implemented my father's idea in the plan, and a little bit more. Although I don't think he would have liked to live in ldk. That was something we only saw in the movies back then. I tried to keep it in the spirit of the time. Adult furniture was available in three colours lightbrown, mid-brown or darkbrown. Kitchen furniture was only in white, yellow or orange. Tile selection was similarly "colorful", and in one size only. Blue sanitary ware was very cool. And yes the radiators were yellow. The floor lamp in the living room is the one I brought in with ai modelers help. It has become a highly valued iconic piece today. When it was bought it was just a floor lamp.

This tiny studio apartment of under 23 sq mt (76 sq ft) follows the blueprint of a real apartment in NYC. In this makeover, it's decorated after the Boho style with the objective of keeping it cozy, and it's full of small comfy corners where you can sip a cup of coffee - especially if it's rainy outside. Perhaps its biggest highlight: the walk-in closet thanks to the elevated bed. The studio apartment doesn't sacrifice functionality, either: it's got a full private bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet (in contrast to many NYC tiny apartments, which share bathroom with other apartments), a spacious kitchen for its size, a washing machine for laundry, and a foldable desk that allows for a home office space.

Welcome to my metaverse! It is inspired by a Rubik's cube for three reasons. First, I love the 80s, so this is a nod to that. Second, I am a bit of a puzzle myself. :P And third, I am drawn to clean lines and shapes in modern architecture. Each floor is in a different style, but each one makes me so happy. The first floor is a relaxing rustic cabin. The second is a new wave retro entertainment room, and the third is an eerie modern gothic retreat. It may seem strange to combine so many styles, but this house is definitely all me.

The floorplan was designed to make the best of the ocean views and to let the sea breeze into the space. Over two floors, the house consists of two bedroom suites and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In the landing space upstairs, an office area was created. The outdoor spaces was created in the form of balconies around the house.

Hey, I bring a New Year's Eve party here in the summer! Also because I'm from Brazil and it's very hot this time of year! The color palette has pastel tones, mainly beige and a small dose of light blue, which mix with a lot of red and green in the Christmas decoration. Natural materials and light colors bring comfort, relaxation and a certain purity. In the scene, the girl hugs her Christmas present, doesn't let go of it, the visitors soon arrive, and her parents are finishing up on the upper floor, the table is set and New Year's Eve will be perfect with this view of the sea!

In this project, the tools for building walls and cutting a hole in the floor were not available in my program. this upset me. But I still drew. How it turned out. Not exactly what I planned. Good evening everyone, thank you for being here to know my design; I decided to combine Pantone color 17-3938 with a luxury business. This very particular color, a shade between blue and purple, goes perfectly with light woods and golden surfaces. In this project I have created a luxury botique in a modern style; the cuts in the false ceiling provide the whole environment with the right lighting.
