upload 3d model and status: Detection failed

Hi, I have 3ds model from manufacturer's website https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cticVyD4wYDgjs2cOo4jkCLdl_Juga7m/view?usp=sharing

When I try to upload 3d model to HS there appers status "detection failed".

Does anyone know what is wrong with this model or what i am doing wrong?


I tried a few models from different producers and I have the same problem each time.

Based on the link given, looks like this is a .3ds file. HS used to do .3ds w/o any issue but now does better loading .max files. Or it could be the archive file is not a .zip or .rar If it is a 7z it needs to be converted. Free conversion: https://convertio.co/ .....
