How do you create a patio or outdoor deck? i can only find features for the interior of the house.

1.you could create exterior space with "outside area" under "create room" section, then you could draw the patio with ready-made models or customized models by "interior modeling" 2. You could creat reate a fake room as the outside garden and then reduce the wall height to minimum.
