How do I import an arched door?

I've done that before and you guys "fixed" the model but didn't tell me what was wrong with it. There are some issues with how homestyler imports SKP files. There are numerous furniture pieces that I imported on my recent project that render with spotty textures, black spots, black bars, etc. I had checked if there was anything wrong with the models and from what I could see, there wasn't. I imported those same models with nothing changed into a couple other render programs as a test. They rendered just fine. @ Homestyler Official

That does not work. It's the exact same result when I go to Building Structure>Door>Entry Door>Single Door @ Homestyler Official

Yes, not every category supported frames that are not in rectangular shape. Could you please try upload it as "building structure - doors - single door"? @ B D

It does that depending on what category I choose. For my last attempt, I went to Building Structure>Door>Interior Door>Swing Door It uploaded but the opening in the wall is rectangular instead of arched. The same thing happens for the "cased opening" category. @ Homestyler Official

When I do that, it asks for me to check that the max file can be opened but it's an skp file. @ Homestyler Official
