Large apartment in a high rise building.
Three bedrooms, one being used as a study also.
Three bathrooms of which two are en suite.
Spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces
This is the courtyard in the middle of the apartment, making use of the roof space. Small pool, different areas for dining and seating. Direct access to the indoors via big folding doors.
The arched wall behind the pool was fitted with high and narrow windows, allowing slivers of the indoors and outdoors to peak out or in. The colors are warm and inviting like the best of the sun arriving for the day or setting itself down.
This bedroom is at the front of the house nearest to the entrance and as it is the smallest of the three rooms, was styled as a study. They added the chaise lounge for the occasional sleepover should it be necessary.
The workspace of a creative person? Maybe a famous photographer?
This is the second bedroom. A double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. See the way all the colors play together with the red bricks of the original building.
Glass brick walls was used in different spaces to create this wonderful feeling lux and wonder!
Bathroom with slivers of the city coming in from the slivers of windows.
Balcony off the master bedroom. A little bit of freshness and a place to eat your morning croissant and have the first coffee of the day. Of course also ideal for the good night glass of wine.
This is the front door which leads into the house with a long hallway on the one side, and into the living and dining and kitchen spaces on the other side.
The hallway was also interpreted as part of the living areas and styled with interesting little reading nooks.
The curved wall makes such an impressive statement in the hallway allowing the slivers of outside peaking in.
Another one of the glass brick walls....leading into the living areas from the hallway.
The LDK area as seen from the kitchen side while busy preparing food.
Spacious Island bench was fitted, which also doubles up as a kitchen dining table.
See the colors and how they play together to create the feeling of warmth.
This is the formal dining space with the vista over the city on one side and direct access to the courtyard on the other side..
The living room area is spacious and perfect for receiving and entertaining guests.
This is the small bathroom at the front of the house and next to the office cum bedroom. It's perfect for a cloakroom but also for the occasional sleepover guests.
The entrance to the master bedroom.
The Master bedroom is a spacious and tranquil room with direct access to the small balcony on the side.
The wall of wardrobes on one side and glass wall on the other side leads you into the master bathroom.
The master bathroom was fitted with a big soaker tub and has that slivers of city view that is so dear to this house.
And this concludes the new story of the old red brick apartment. Hope you enjoyed the tour.

Sublime use of peach throughout and this apart is exceptionally tasteful and the sleek sharp appearance throughout had me drooling. The peach looks so very beautiful teamed with the greens and everything and every area was a joy to see. Impeccable looking apartment my friend..the curved passage to accommodate the outside area was such a beautiful feature. Your play on peach fuzz was superb…and no wonder the owners were happy…they should be ecstatic..it’s GORGEOUS 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
