Thanks a Latte Cafe
Thanks a Latte Café is a cozy little coffee shop where you can take your family and friends to enjoy a nice outing away from the house. Inside there is a state of the art coffee bar that can brew any drink you want or blend any smoothie you choose. There are also pastries to purchase if you are hungry. Indoor and outdoor seating are provided able to hold large families or a couple on a date. Parking is to the left of the café with multiple spots available to you.

I wanted to have an open concept cafe because I want everyone to feel included and have a welcoming atmosphere. I made it big so people can move around comfortably without bumping into other tables. There's one bathroom at the top right corner of the cafe and a supply room behind the coffee bar.

Space Showcase 20 Renders
Here's the view of the patio when you first walk in. It's decently big so you do not have to hear other people's conversations while trying to listen to your own. I thought the tile pattern fit perfectly with the cafe's aesthetic because it's visually pleasing. The gold fence brings it all together.
This area is where couples can enjoy a nice outing together or gossip with your best friend. It overlooks beautiful Kings Avenue where you can sit comfortably in nice, cushioned chairs. It's also a great little study spot that has just enough room for your laptop, coffee, and pastry.
Street view of the outdoor seating area of our cafe. You can see how everything flows together nicely with the larger tables to the left and the smaller seating areas to the right. The chairs for the middle section did not render for some reason, but other than that it looks quite nice.
This is a comfortable, water and weather resistant sofa for you and your friends to sit on and talk while enjoying your coffee. We have gotten very good reviews about this area of our cafe because it allows you to have a lot of friends in one area rather than pushing together several tables.
This is the largest table on the patio. It has a wide surface area for multiple people to put drinks, food, and any work they may be doing. It's a great study group area where you can enjoy the fresh air while the umbrella blocks the sun from your face. It has a beautiful view and comfortable seats.
The exterior is very simple yet elegant. The front door has dimension because of the 3D gold wall rods. The circular window lets a lot of natural light in, lowering our energy bill. The patio is to the right of the cafe with the gold fence around it and the parking lot to the left.
There is a fairly large parking lot right beside the cafe, so you do not have to walk a long distance to reach the front door. Cars of any size can fit comfortably and there should always be a spot available to you.
Supply and backroom
Our supply and backroom holds everything that we need behind the scenes like fruits, vegetables, plates, mugs, coffee, and more. It is not crowded and can have multiple employees looking for resources comfortably. It is temperature managed, so the fruit will not go bad sitting out.
Another angle of the supply room shows the sink in the back where employees wash their hands before handling your food and drinks. The fridge is where we keep our milk, cream, and other dairy products refrigerated and fresh.
Bathroom
Our bathroom has all the necessities. There is a double sink in case two people need to was their hands with a very large mirror to fix your hair or redo your makeup.
Cafe Sitting Area
This is my state of the art coffee bar. There are seats directly where you order if you do not feel like standing waiting for your drink. The newest coffee press with the latest technology is at the back. Our menu is on top of the bar so you can choose from our wide selection of menu items.
At the back of the cafe near the window, there's a small sofa to sit on that can fit three people. If you don't feel like sitting on a regular chair the sofa is the best area to sit for a nice cup of coffee. There's a large table in front for your work and small tables to the side for your drink.
If you prefer elevated seating, the bar is the place for you.You can sit on comfortable stools while using the nice, marble bar to put your things on. There's an indent put in the marble for nice leg room.
This is what you first see when entering the cafe. The cashier will take your order the moment you walk in and then you can find your seat.
This one of our lounge areas towards the center of the cafe. The pillows are there for comfort and are adjustable in whatever way you'd like. You could fit 4-5 people per table, which is quite a lot. The shiny, marble table is for your work and whatever you order.

Our booth area that can fit the most amount of people in our cafe. It can fir 7-10 people and is there for large groups. It is easily accessible and there are extra seats on the side so you do not have to squish in.
Behind the coffee bar, you can see the coffee press, blender, mugs, menu and more. It is a very clean work space so you do not have to worry about health hazards and the quality of your food.
This is what the entrance to Thanks A Latte Cafe looks like. There is a mirror if you quickly want to check what you look like before meeting friends and a rug to wipe your shoes off before entering.
This is what we consider our "normal table". It can fit up to 6 people and has comfortable gold seats and a nice sturdy table to hold your stuff up.
