Tech house project
I decided to make my house have a modern theme. I wanted the colors of the first floor to be similar in order to have a nice contrast. The colors mainly consist of grey, white, black, and brown. I wanted each of the bedrooms to be unique and have their own theme. I wanted the backyard and balcony to be very floral while also have the furniture being simplistic and consistent.

I first divided the floor plan by adding the rooms that would take up the most space first. After that, it was easier to add the other rooms I needed with the extra space.

Upstairs hallway:
I wanted the upstairs hallway to be spacious because I had around 5 rooms upstairs. I made the doors the same colors as the downstairs ones to keep the theme consistent. I realized the hallway empty so I added things like painting, shelves, bookcases, and chairs to fill the space.

In this corner I added a shelf and put some decor on top as well as plants and pictures. I put a painting above the shelf and a decor set in the far corner. I kept the color theme which was brown, black, grey, and white.

Master bedroom:
I did a grey modern theme for this room. I started off by adding the bed and then worked around it by adding similar colored items. I used a dark brown wall trim around the room to make the room look less plain. I wanted the window next to the bed so there would be natural light.

I added a fireplace in the corner of the room to fill the space. I put some pictures and decor on top of the fireplace. I then put a T.V on top of the fireplace.

On this side of the room I added a book case and a lounge chair in the corner. I added a vanity on the left and put some items on top. I added a grey shelf on the left wall. Finally, I added paintings with gold frames to match the vanity.

Living and Dining room:
I did a grey, brown, black, and white color scheme for the living and dining room. I kept the wall trim to match some of the furniture. I also added some paintings to fill some space and matched the lights to each section.

First, I added the couch and then a carpet and coffee table to match it. I then added a T.V. I put a server to the right of the couch and put some paintings above it. I added some flowers and decor. Finally, I did an accent wall behind the T.V and matched it to the color of the doors.

Kitchen:
I started off by inserting a kitchen set, then I added a table set. I changed the colors of the chairs to grey to match the theme, and changed the legs of the chair to dark brown. I added some items on top of the table, a trash can, lights above the table, and a sliding door.

I decided to do a walk in pantry because I had some extra space. I added an arc and changed the color to match the doors. Then, I inserted the pantry and duplicated it to surround the room. I added a table in the middle and some items on top. Finally, I added the lights.

Bedroom 2:
I wanted to make a floral teenage inspired bedroom. I added plants in the corner, a rug in the middle, a log inspired table with some books on top. I added a swinging chair from the celling. I added a full length mirror by the window and some light up signs on the wall.

First I added the bed and then and then an end piece with some books on top. I added a night table in the left corner with some flowers on top. I added some paintings, plants, and shelves on the wall. I also added a guitar in the corner.

Bedroom 2 walk in closet:
I added a walk in closet to the second bedroom. I filled it with clothes, bags, shoes, etc..

Laundry Room

First I added the sink and washing/drying machine set. I put some cleaning products on top. Then, I added a rug as well as a shelf with some towels on top. I added a cart with more items, a laundry bin, and some hooks with towels.

I added a laundry basket in the far right corner with some towels. I wanted to add a ironing board but they did not have one. I was able to make one by adding a drying rack and putting a blanket on top. Finally, I put the iron on top of the blanket.

Backyard:
I used a wooden fence with hedges to surround the backyard. I put a wooden platform in the corner, a hot tub on top, and umbrella to cover it. I put some lounge chairs with a table and umbrella in-between.

I decided to make an outdoor dining area. I put a barbecue with some counters and a sink next to it. I put a gazebo over the whole thing as well as some plates and cups on the table.

Backyard:
I used rectangle shaped stones to make a path leading to the rest of the backyard. I put some plants on the side and a seating area with a tree next to it.

I duplicated flowers and changed the colors of them. I then made a long rectangular dirt patch to put them on top to create a garden.

I wanted the balcony to have lots of plants and flowers, and I went for a white and light brown theme.

I added a lounge seating at the back of the balcony with some plants next to it. Infront, I added 2 matching chairs with a table that has an umbrella. I then added some different foods on the table and some cups.

I used an arc for the entrance to the office. I added a bookcase on the wall along with a desk and some paintings. I decided to keep the wall trim along the room.

I added some white benches below each window. I added a coat rack in the corner of the room. I added a server and put some decor on top and inside. I put a mirror on top and a table next to it.

I added a bathroom vanity and put some items on top. I added a shelf, a basket with towels, and a hook with a robe. I also kept the wall trim.

I decided to go with a pink theme. First, I added the bed and a toy box with teddy bears on top. I added some pink night tables with flowers on them. I added a pink wardrobe and mirror as well as a painting above the bed.

I added a desk against the wall, some paintings, a teddy bear in the left corner, and a chair and dress in the right corner. I added a white light and a white wall trim around the room.
