The Marigold
where i live apartments are above shops oft, tiny, some large depending on the location... this was the inspiration behind this. we have many canals that i did have on my original design, however this program can only handle so much and this it was removed so as other details could / would show up..Floor Plan 1400.36㎡
living quarters above stores is i believe universal, my home town be it small, had at one time apartments above shops with street front entrance.some had more of an enclosed shops like a mini strip mall, all gone with progress of "development". however where i am now, they still do this....

palm trees... subcontinent charm...minus the heat.....
apartments above shopping below... with a cafe no less.. rather than going small or tiny, i went with 4 good sized units.. i did not design a layout due to new items not showing or others in shops not showing. to beat the heat store fronts are inside rather than street front..
a bit of everything, dairy was deleted due to too many items .. my vegetables went white and disappeared ..hummmm?

safety and accessibility first.. stairs and a lift...going up?
the cafe, read a newspaper and have some coffee ..... maybe something cold to drink while others go do some shopping? get some lunch?
lunch? first aid kits is not something i see anywhere in the subcontinent shops and many do not have for even their employees let alone if there was a customer with an emergency ... good thing i have a first care...
they have stationery paper to electronic equipment,and they do computer repair...how nice..
