Hambone Manor
An attempt at sensibly designed luxury. This over-the-top Mid-Century Modern mansion has very amenity I could think of, but it is only about 5200 square foot, excluding the garage outdoor space.

The fireplace/sunken seating area was the home's central inspiration. The library came next. Other extravagances included a free-standing cantina, a pool, an in-home theater, a guest house and an en suite bathroom in every bedroom.

Space Showcase 6 Renders
The house features clean lines, large scale windows and minimal decoration. The steps, recessed entry and double doors are intended as a statement piece. The property is a compound surrounded by a 12 foot wall with two gates - a pedestrian one at the front and a vehicle gate on the garage side.
The backyard pool, firepit and free-standing cantina (the ell on the right side) are intended to convey casual luxury.
Yard
The fireplace/sunken seating area was the home's central inspiration. The rest of the house was built out around it.
