So in my book Ivy & Olive are best friends and they decide to get a home together. Olive is obsessed with clocks and I've decided that Ivy has made her be at the back of the house so Ivy can always get her beauty sleep, lol. I wanted the living room and kitchen areas to be almost too much space for
I'm not the best at creating bathrooms however I'm good at photography and when there's something you don't wanna see just take it at an angle! Lol
Both of the girls always dream of having these fantastic mingling soirees and I wanted them to have a huge kitchen and living room if they ever were to make dreams a reality!
Dining area next to the huge patio doors that overlooks their outdoor space. From here you can see into the living room. Perfect spot to eat in the kitchen but watch tv. lol
Love the hardwood floors in this house, the blonde/beige wood looks great against the dining table and chairs. You can also spot the coffee corner.
Coffee, tea, brunch? This spot is their go to snack and coffee bar. Also a board to pin up important mail and notes.
I've created Ivy as a painter, a lover of all things pastels and the only bold thing in her life is her window blinds.
This area is her safe space with her old school record player, painting easel when she needs to relax and such a comfy bed!
Easy to get to vanity when Olive is taking too long in the bathroom so Ivy can apply her make up in peace.
I didn't want to do anything to disturb this gorgeous accent wall. It gives mermaid vibes. Gorgeous modern classic dresser holds photos, books and clothes.
I also love how the wall color matches perfectly with the accent wall like they were meant to be together. The ceiling creates a cute cottage feel.
Up close and personal with Ivy's favorite past times.
Looking straight into the living room from the entry way you can spot a little edge of the kitchen and also the beautiful outdoor area. Big windows with sheer drapes really make this an iconic look. It's cozy, cottagey, classic and calming.
Still on the other side of the room looking to the far side out to the outside area, you can see the big screen tv along with oodles of books. Comfortable couch to nap while the fire roars in the cold months. Beautiful bold rung to keep your feet warm as well!
Now looking in the opposite part of the room you'll see Ivy & Olive's comfortable couch and reading nook. Where they store their shoes, keys, and can relax in the chair while de-stressing from the day.
Here you can see the pretty entry way with a table and mirror, the door and gorgeous blonde floors.
Upclose shot of the absolutely gorgeous fireplace and soft rug.
Olive's room is my happy place. It is bold, it is patterned, it is feminine & colorful. I absolutely love every single piece of this room. I'm quite frankly shocked that I MADE it! I feel like my favorite pieces though would have to be the drop down lights beside Olive's bed & the dark teal dresser.
Here you can spot some of Olive's clock collection, more will be in the follow photos. She has a problem, y'all lol I love the big windows with the flower photo on the purple wall. The teal dressers match PERFECTLY with the purple walls AND the accent wall.
The accent wall is one of my favorite wall papers to use. They look like feathers or leaves & their bold colors are just the perfect touch to creating a wow statement. Here you can also see a few of Olive's other interests which is learning the keyboard/piano &reading in her gorgeous lounge chair.
The reading nook is another favorite thing. The different patterns on the lounge chair fit perfectly with the room and don't look out of place. Looks exceptional against the wall color and the teal dresser! Her stack of "to be read books" is almost as big as mine.
Andddd here it is y'all. The infamous clock collection. It started as one and became so many many more. I wanted Olive to have a unique collection that is bizarre but fits right into her bold personality.
And finally this render is at night to see those absolutely gorgeous drop down lights shine. You can also see in the mirror the wall lights lighting up her photography.
Lastly I'll show you the outdoor space they have. Here you can see the cute dining set and the pretty wood fenced area to separate from the backyard.
Here is the glorious firepit with rocking patio chairs and a cute plant.
Looking to the other side of the outdoor space you can see the dining set and a swing on the far end.
Here is the swing set that they can sit on with their morning coffee and try to remember to water the plants!
congratulations ❤️
