I did not have limitations on how large the house would have to be just the diameter of the shipping containers. Each room has as much space and storage as possible. There are end closets in-between the containers for laundry and a pantry. There is also an office for personal work and two bathrooms.
This is the primary bathroom. Inside there is a walk-in tub and a Kelda shower. The house is equipped with a solar water heater, a heat recovery ventilation unit, and solar panels for energy.
This is the Primary bedroom. all windows will have heavy curtains and in between the containers is spray foam for insulation. The floor cost per square footage is 2.25. with a total of 774.28 square footage of flooring equal to 1,742.13 dollars.
This is the kitchen/dining room view. In the kitchen, there is an induction stove, a dual tub sink, and a Whirlpool 21 fridge. The window is on the west side near the dining table, to give light on the table when you eating dinner, and a tree outside to reduce the heat from outside. '
This is a guest room with as much storage as possible. The insulation is cellulose in between room 6in the interior walls and 8in the exterior with an interior R-value of 12.2 and a exterior R-value of 25.6. Cellulose insulation is sustainable because it's made of recycled material.
