Shipping Container Housing

In this climate—Canadian climate—good housing is crucial. As discovered by our city, there is no better housing to aid the homeless people crisis than shipping containers. They're weather endurant, affordable, and small but definitely suited to house one or two people and get them through our frigid winters. This is my submission to the city.
The reason that it's not so decorated is to remain impersonal and show a bit of room for the inhabitants to decorate it themselves. It's also so that the city can more affordably build it, so they don't have to include and spend money on too much.
