Floor Plan 399.01㎡

When making the top floor, I wanted the bedrooms to be close to each other without it being crammed. I also wanted there to be multiple bathrooms, one for the kids and one as an ensuite. When making the main floor, I wanted there to be more of an open concept with rooms around the outside.

Guest bedroom

Above is the guest bedroom. I wanted to make it comfortable and modest, while having enough space for the people using the area. In the room, there are side tables, selves, and a bench for extra storage, with a beanbag chair for an extra seating area.

Master Bedroom

This is the Master bedroom. In this ensuite, there are side tables, a book case, and a bench all used for storage. I made this room the biggest because I wanted there to be extra space for stuff like clothes and bedsheets.

Bedroom

Above is the daughter's bedroom. As you can see, there is a desk for school work to be done, a couch, and a barn door with a closet behind it.

On the left, there is extra space for instruments such as the piano, the acoustic guitar, and the electric guitar. There is also a bed with a loft that's used for reading, and doing school work.

Hallway

This is the hallway upstairs that connects the bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is the book nook. It is located upstairs at the start of the hallway. It is used as a space to read.

Kids Room

This is the baby's room. There is a crib, a chair for reading bedtime stories, and a wardrobe used to store clothes and toys.

Bathroom

This is the kids' bathroom. There is a shelf and a cabinet used for storing towels, blankets, and other bathroom necessities.

This is another angle of the kids' bathroom where you can see the storage unit and the toilet.

Kitchen/dining room

This is the kitchen. When making this, I wanted there to be a pop of colour, that wasn't overwhelming, to tie the whole room together. Above you can see the cabinets that are used for storage.

This is the dining area. It is a nice and cozy spot to have dinner with your loved ones or to be loved.

Above is the entertainment area. There are multiple couches used to spend time with the whole family. There are also books and a bay window if you prefer to spend time alone.

Laundry Room

This is the laundry room. There is plenty of space to dry, fold, and store clothing; there is also a sink if needed.

Library

This is the library. As you can see, there are tons of books to read or if you aren't in to that kind of thing there is space to sit and spend time alone or with others.

Bathroom

Above is the bathroom on the main level. This has plenty of room for things like towels and toilet paper to be stored.

Master Bathroom

This is the master bathroom. It is attached to the master bedroom and has space for storage. When I was making this, I wanted it to have a darker theme because most of the ones I have seen in real life have had darker demeaner.

This is another view of the master bathroom where you can see the bath tub, shower, and the view of outside.

Office

This is the office. There is plenty of space to work and relax during the day. When I was making this, I wanted it to feel cozy and comfortable, while making it practical and cavernous.
