The 16'x40' pool has three levels with stairs to the far right of each ledge.
The first level is a 1-foot-deep tanning ledge for when you want to be in the water without being fully in the water.
The next level is 3-foot-deep. Not too deep and not too shallow. Perfect for when you want to hit a beach ball around.
The last level is a 6-foot spot for when you want to jump into the pool or just swim around.
Underneath the covered area, there is a sitting area, kitchen, bar, and bathroom.

The kitchen area has a sink, drawer fridge, grill, griddle, and a spot underneath the counter for a trash bin.
There is plenty of room to have seating on both sides of this 12-foot bar.
There is plenty of space on the back wall to do whatever you like (extend the lower cabinets, put in some open cabinet shelving, get a larger TV, etc.).
The extra space to the left of the kitchen could be a comfortable sitting area.
Or it could be a dining area.
By the bathroom is a pergola walkway to provide shade. There is a space in between the kitchen area and the bar to provide easy access from the kitchen to the bathroom.
The 8'x8' bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, and room to store pool towels.
The bathroom has frosted windows to provide a lot of natural light while maintaining privacy.
