CITRUS PEEL
Zesty limes, tangy tangerine and luscious lemons this interiors colour scheme is a vibrant cocktail of these acidic fruity tones. A home of eclectic tastes and modern furnishings, where colour sharpens your senses and acts as a sorbet to cleanse your palette.
Single floor property where the internal rooms surround a covered courtyard area, used as a reading space. A walled terrace area wraps around the lounge and can be accessed from each room apart from the small front entrance hall,
The lounge overlooks the walled terrace area, a light airy space filled with accents of citrus hues.
a dash of black has been used throughout to balance the bright colours.
A double burst of orange with acidic tones and acidic fruit...
I love this artwork and the impact the black brings to this room.
multi coloured panels have been used in random areas to tie in the main citrus colours that have been used through this home.
The kitchen is large and consist of three areas. The mood alters in each area depending on the colours used. Here the eating area is an eclectic mix of quirky furnishings and watery lemon ice tones.
The prep area has a back drop of tangerine which instantly adds a Mediterranean warmth.
Mirrors, white cabinetry and lime coloured decorative tiles have been used to one side of the room.
An eclectic area of contrasts but the overall effect achieved is one of cohesion and perhaps a little retro.

The unit here is styled to compliment with feature wall in the lounge with its citrus green dividers on the shelving areas.
This central area around which the other rooms pivot is an extra space used as a reading area. or office space.

This is one of the absolute coolest designs ever!! I love that lime-colored floor, the beautifully styled lounge, the beautiful terrace with that cool Perspex "fence", one of the best kitchens and baths I've ever seen! And I love that little desk area! Oh and that bedroom!! So sophisticated and inviting! I love this house, Karen!!

This design made me feel like stepping into a slice of citrus and experiencing life through the glow of lemon, lime and tangerine! The addition of blacks with the soft citrus tones was a stroke of genius! I liked the uncluttered look in all the rooms and the elegance it had! Oh and that terrace was just the best space to wander in and to sit and enjoy an tea or coffee!
