Spring Land Home
The idea behind this house is somewhere that feels safe, quiet, and comfortable. Hardwood is carried through the entire house, except for the tiled rooms such as the bathrooms, and there is a common green theme throughout the house. There are multiple large windows that allow for lots of natural light, and also allows you to watch the wildlife outside. The large windows also mean less electricity is needed to light the house which makes it more environmentally friendly.Floor Plan 427.03㎡
To begin the floor plan, I looked up inspiration online and thought of my own house. Then, I played around with the room sizes until I knew I wasn't missing anything and I was happy with how the floorplan looked.

Garage
This is a double car garage that can be accessed from the laundry room. My favourite part of this room are the garage doors because of the details at the top.
Although there are dark colours within the garage, the garage doors allow natural light to pass through at the top and make it brighter.
LaundryRoom
This is the laundry room. My favourite things about this room are the tile and that the walls are painted green to match the theme of the house. I also really like the mickey mouse dryer located beside the washing machine.
The door on the right leads to the hallway, the door on the left leads to the garage, and the double doors in the middle open to a storage closet.
Bathroom
This is the downstairs bathroom. It is located across from the music room and can be accessed from the movie theatre. This photo shows the double vanity and the garbage bin in the bathroom.
This bathroom could also be used as a guest bathroom if needed. My favourite part of this room is that it's big enough to fit a shower and a full vanity.
OtherRoom
This in-home "movie theater" is made with a large screen, speakers, and a large couch. It is the first thing that is seen when you walk down the stairs and is the perfect place to be on a rainy day.
The door on the left leads to the bathroom and the door on the right leads to the music room.
These are the stairs that lead to the basement and the painting on the wall brings some colour into the room.
This photo shows the view from the couch and how big the screen and speakers truly are. This space would make the best at-home movie watching experience.
MasterBedroom
This room continues with the green theme and the large windows allows for lots of natural light to enter up the room. It also allows you to hear and see nature throughout the day.
The double doors on the left lead to the hallway and the door on the right leads to the master bathroom. This photo also shows the tv that can be used from in bed.
My favourite part of this room is the couch by the windows because it would be the perfect place to sit and listen to music or read if you wanted to. The inspiration behind this room was the perfect place to rest after a long day.
OtherRoom
This office space is the best space in the house to catch up on some work or to work from home.
My favourite parts in this room are the big windows that allow for natural light to pass through and the colourful paintings of tress on the wall.
This photo shows some extra storage located within the office.
SecondBedroom
My favourite things in this room are the colourful painting hanging on the wall and the moon lamp sitting on the night stand.
The inspiration behind this room was it could be used as an additional kids room or a guest bedroom. This room can be used for whatever is needed.
MasterBathroom
One thing I really like about this master bathroom is that the vanity continues with the green theme seen throughout the house.
This photo shows the bathtub and shower located within the master bathroom.
My favourite part of this room is the large window that allows you to see the trees outside.
SecondBathroom
This bathroom is located on the second floor between the two other bedrooms. It makes the perfect kids bathroom or guest bathroom depending on what is needed.
My favourite part about this room is the window that matches the one in the master bathroom.
Hallway
This is the upstairs hallway. This small sitting area can be found just up the stairs and to the left. I really like the painting located in this space and how it matches the pillows.
This is the main view of the upstairs hallway. My favourite parts in this space are the paintings along the wall on the right and the window at the end of the hallway. I also like the plant that brings some of the greenery inside.
Bathroom
This bathroom can be found on the main floor beside the laundry room. Something I really like about this room is that the vanity brings in the green theme. I also like the mirror that lights up. Since there is no window in this room, it adds some extra light.

OtherRoom
This room, located in the basement, is the perfect place for anyone who loves music. This photo shows the large piano within the room, along with 3 of the guitars and the amp.
One of my favourite parts in this room is the window above the piano to let in the natural light. It also allows you to see the nature outside even when in the basement.
This photo shows some of the additional guitars as well as the drum set.
The couch located on the right is the perfect place to sit and play one of the guitars or sit and just listen to music. The couch also brings the green theme into this room. The guitars on the walls add some colour to the room and make it a more comfortable space for anyone who loves music.
OtherRoom
This is the kitchen space in this area. The cabinets and the plant on the shelf allows it to add to the green theme.
This is the dining space within this area. My favourite part of this room are the large windows that allow you to see all the trees and wildlife outside. It is the perfect spot to eat any meal throughout the day.
This shows the living area and how it connects to the kitchen. The couch and cactus add to the green theme and the chair makes this room unique.
This photo shows how all of the spaces within this room connect. The inspiration behind this room was an open floor plan, many big windows, and lots of green used throughout.

OtherRoom
This is the first view that is seen upon entering the house. There is the staircase to go upstairs, paintings on the wall, a coat hanger, and a clear view of where the kitchen is located.
This photo shows the shoe storage also located in the main entrance as well as the door that leads to the laundry room.
This shows the front doors which are double doors with windows.
OtherRoom
This third bedroom, located upstairs, makes a great kids room. It's the perfect space for a bunkbed and a kids dresser.
The art up on this wall is perfect for a kids room. This artwork also adds some colour to the room.
