Airbnb Rental Property
1950's Multi-family home turned Airbnb rental property. Located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, Arizon, the client requested a modern desert scheme with a minimalist approach. This complex features three individual rental units, but the client wanted an outdoor space that offered beautiful community areas as well as semi-private seating.平面布置图 644.35㎡

Semi-private patios for each unit were created using rusted metal partitions with a geometric design.
A community dining area was added for guest to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.
