Floor Plan 471.04㎡

When dividing areas I wanted the least amount of walls to create an open feel, I also used more door openings in the downstairs floor than doors to create an open space. Upstairs I wanted to add as many bedrooms, and washrooms without feeling cluttered or the space feeling to small.

Other Room

I thought it practical to add a office space into the home to allow those in the house to have a separate work space.

Bedroom

When creating this room my initial thought would it would be an spare bedroom or a kids room. My favorite part is the shape of the room, I think it allows for separation between the sleeping area and living area (couch).

Laundry Room

I kept my laundry room with minimal furniture to make it feel less clutter since it was such a small space, it also allows room to grow.

Terrace

2 bedrooms in my desgin offer an outside area, practical to relax in and offering more outside living space. Both terrace areas are a nice size allowing room to move, this would be my favourite part perhaps because most homes to offer a terrance are quite small and this one has 2.

Master Bedroom

When creating the master bedroom it was originally the second bedroom however it became my master because it is on the other side of the house separating the other rooms. With all master bedrooms it comes with a master bathroom and closet.

I used minimal furniture to make this space feel more open. And light shades to create a safe space.

Corridor

I wanted my upstairs corridor to be minimal to continue the flow. I added a area rug and couch to make it feel more homey.

Second Bedroom2

I kept the second bedroom very simple practicly for anyones use, and I added a walk-in closet for storage space. Which is something you'll also notice; I gave each room a separate closet so furniture storage wouldn't fill up the rooms.

mudroom

This is what i'm calling a mudroom in my design becuase it is optimal for such use. This area includes the door to the back entrance, laundry room and office space. My idea for this room was to have it separate both the laundry room and office space from the rest of the house.

Bathroom2

The "second bathroom" is actually the master bath. My idea for the master for it to have both a shower and tub so I made one into both since it is a small space. And just like the rest of my rooms I kept it minimal but added a bit of color to brighten up the area.

closet

This closet belongs to the first bedroom. I wanted to add as much storage as possible. And don't be fooled by the image this closet has a seperate light.

Hallway

This is the entrance hallway. I wanted this space to be open and add to the flow of the house. Door openings allow for light to flow in from other rooms.

Master Bathroom

*second bathroom* (the names haven't seemed to update) This second bath is a shared bath and used by guests uptairs. I thought it be best to keep it basic and minmal.

Living Room2

This is a spare area I had in the upstair and thought it would be a nice second living space. Optimal for watching the tv of game nights.

Closet

This closet belongs to the second bedroom. I want with built in storage for all closets to optimise the space.

Kitchen

I wanted the kitchen to feel modern and open so I went with white cabnets and counter space. My only wish would be to add more storage.

Living Room1

This is one of my favorite rooms in the house I feel the couch uses the space wisley and yet the door openings still make it feel open. I also went with subtle colors not to over whelm the space.

Bathroom

This bathroom is a downstairs half bath, good for when you don't wish to go upstairs and for guests. Since it was a small space it includes only a vanity and toilet.

Dining Room

This room is also one of my favourites becuase of its classic look. I went with the standard dining table appropriate for the space and plants to lighten up the space. Paintings are also added to fill up the plain walls without cluttering them.

closet

Small closet for the master, I would perhaps add more storage to this design. However I kept it simple and colors go with the bedroom.
