Large open spaces are what I prefer. Grey flooring and walls are easy on my eyes and are easy to change. Many rooms have an accent wall for a centre piece and coordination.

Living Room

I wanted an open aspect with the same monochrome tones, but adding yellow/gold tones to accent and pop against the grey while keeping the modern look and not too distracting.

Master Bathroom1

Sleek geometric design ties everything together and gives a sense of unity to the bathroom, but the circular mirror allows some fluidity into the bathroom which can give a sense of comfort.

Laundry Room

The utility closet has a lot of storage space. Allowing for cleaning, office, and extra supplies.

Large with the same monochrome colour scheme with pops of colours on the walls. Larger bed for couples as well as an attached master bathroom and walk in closet.

Large windows with both sheer and blackout for whatever the resident desires.

Dressers allowing for both storage and design.

Sun Room

Open windows for full sun access and a connection to outdoors. Room for exercise equipment, gardening, or whatever you desire. French doors connected to the living room for a sense of style but a touch of traditional within the modern.

Second Bedroom

Blue/grey walls to be cohesive with the rest of the house as well as an exciting yet calm colour scheme suit for a child.
Open bay window for comfort and privacy as well as storage.
Bunk beds for 2 children and enough storage for them both.
Entertainment devices fit for kids.
