The garage has been previously renovated and transformed into a comfort zone with bookshelves, couches, a tv and a couch table to eat off of, the renovation took place in 2017 and hasn't lost it's modern feel and looks.

The garage or "man cave" is perfect for late night movies, sports and can be used as a reading space, the 425.2 square foot area can accompany up to 25 people and friends and can be used as a bomb shelter in times of warfare, armageddon, apocalypse and tornado's.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom or "swedish room" has a soft 1970 theme and fits in with all environments and styles.

The Swedish bedroom has great environment for reading and studying.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a wall mounted garden as the previous owners of this house were fond of the concept, the green paint and the eco kitchen environment fit perfectly and synchronically.

What the dog doin? The kitchen and bar is perfect for friends who like to drink and that's very common for some reason so we have slightly modified the island with barstools to fit 3 friends.

Bathroom

the modern and sleek design fits the best of both worlds being very spacious, great for relaxing in the tub when you are stressd.

the design is very human, the flow is unique... the bed is a good place to freak

Good place to eat, the windows and the living room are synced in design to eliminate confusion

The windows over the dining table fit perfectly in all weather conditions and don't glare lights into your eye creating aneurysms.

The entire hall, living room and dining are are al the same color of grey.`

The shelves create a lot of space for tools, detergents, books even, there is a limitless amount of space here.
