Condo In The City
A modern condo over looking the city, based in Toronto. An open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all being connected. Many colour's bouncing off of each other in different rooms, with a different type of style in each room.Floor Plan 56.14㎡
The floor plan was designed so it would flow through and it would be able to be a more open space so that it didn't seem to enclosed, the sliding doors were also used so that the space could be opened up and not feel closed off from other rooms.

The balcony over looks the city and although it is fairly small it allows you to have a comfy space to relax and have some time to your self.

Bathroom
The theme for the bathroom was a gold and black theme with a hint of pink to bring more colour to the room. The gold and black in the bathroom also matches some furniture and walls that is in other rooms so that all the rooms can be brought together, the pink allo the bathroom to have its own style.
The living room is a open space with a window also overlooking the city, the blues and greys with the white brick walls brings out the uniqueness of the room giving it a warm and comfy vibe.
The dinning room has a grey and black furniture with accessories that complement the bedroom style. The sliding door that leads to the balcony provides a view while you are gathered at the table to have a peaceful dinner.
the dinning room and kitchen flow through each other which makes the condo feel more open, the front hall looks into the kitchen and there is an area for the laundry that is hidden behind a room divider.
the kitchen has a wider floor plan with black, browns, whites and gold all connecting to the rooms in the condos. The kitchen has more seating to make if feel more as a room to spend more time in rather than just for cooking.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a dark and more gothic style to it, with blacks, greys and whites and a hint of green in the accessories. The large, wide window looking out over the city makes the room feel bigger and a less confined space.
The lighting in the bedroom was used so the room didn't feel like a cave because of the dark colours. The sliding door allows you to have a view of both the living room and the balcony and it also allows you to have a more open floor plan.
