Coming through the front door I want you to grow anticipation to move forward to see what's next. Looking up you see the high ceilings arrayed with beautiful recession lights. To your right, you'll see your sectioned/open formal dining room. to your left, you see your spacious professional office
Because of the open area I wanted it to feel its own away from all the other spaces. Adding the brick columns with the nice chunky beams adds to the dining room to be its own space. As you go throughout the house you'll see the different pops of color arrayed here. The molding was a nice finish.
The gathering space. I wanted it to be comfortable and functional without the lack of style. You can still have memories in a functional space that is also beautiful. The beams just add to that farmhouse style I was going for. The mirror was an accent piece for this gigantic wall to expand the space
For this space, I debated on whether I was going to put in a banquette or a small dining table. Usually, when you think of breakfast nooks, one's mind goes to a cute little space, but why not go big. You might think this space was formal if you didn't pay attention.
This is a decent-sized kitchen. This is just to scale. Nevertheless, this kitchen is two-toned with that beautiful blue, based throughout the house, and a nice crisp white. The different pulls not only work together but they added texture to the space. With a small space, you need wow appliances.
