This floorplan is an original design, using concepts and trends I've found throughout friends' and family's homes while giving them all individuality to make this home my own. The living room on the floorplan actually includes the kitchen and hallways, as I wanted to keep it open concept.

Library

This is the office I designed, including a "lounge" area and a bookshelf, essential for working from home.

Living Room

This is the living room, including a view of the stairs and the front door. The living room connects to all parts of the house, including the dining and kitchen, and also has lots of natural light.

Bedroom

This bedroom follows the reoccurring "forrest green' accent wall theme, as well as has a very open and bright feel and concept.

Dining Room

This dining room is minimalistic and simple, with a fireplace and a window to space the room out.

Bathroom

This is the 1/2 bathroom, or powder room, of the 1st floor that matches the house's colour scheme and has a simple sleek look.

Stairwell

The area at the top of the stairs with simplistic greenery.

Master Bathroom

The biggest full bathroom, accompanied by a washer and dryer, gives us a modern green look with both a tub and a built-in shower.

Kids Room

This is the second bedroom, the kid's bedroom, It has a bunk bed, meaning it can fit 2 children and is accompanied by a tv, desk and many other toys overlooking the city.
