The WOmansion
The whole house is made up of earth tones. The walls surrounding the whole house are army green, the floors are beige, and the furniture is all light tones. The house also consists of various plants in order to give the house a calm vibe.
For the overall design of my house, I kept the structure straightforward. Without over complicating the flow of the house, I structured the base of my house as a square, and inserted various sizes of rooms within.
Guest Bedroom!
This room contains the utilities guests would need in order to stay temporarily. The simplicity is what makes the room so vibrant and spacious.
Master Bedroom!
The wardrobe area of this room is aesthetically pleasing. The black side table complements the closet and the abstract design of the mirror adds a finishing touch to the room.
Guest room!
The wooden chair fits well with the wooden bed. This area provides a space for the guests to relax, and enjoy a book.
Master Bedroom!
Since the room contains a lot of black, it could often seem very dull. Therefore, the orange painting is the best accessory to add a pop of colour and life.
Kitchen / Dining Open Concept!
The open concept allows family members to interact during dinner and lunchtime. This way families can stay more connected and enjoy the best of each other's company.
Living Room!
The variety of windows around the room provides sunlight and a beautiful view to best enjoy family time. The fun accessories this room contains, for example, the egg chair, is what will often make this room the favourite.
Piano!
Who doesn't love playing beautiful tunes while enjoying a city view?
Staircase!
Instead of a basic stairwell leading up, this house contains a spiral staircase. This adds a pop of design to the first floor.
Bathroom - 1
The best thing about this bathroom is its simplicity. It doesn't contain a shower or a bath. Because this is the washroom that will be most used.
Kitchen!
The kitchen countertop complements the colours of the wall. The white fridge and the black oven and stove make the kitchen all more aesthetic.
Entrance!
First impressions go a long way! The entrance of the house is kept simple with a beautiful city view and a plant to intrigue the buyer into seeing the inside of the house.
Laundry Room!
This room only contains what it is used for. A washing machine and a sink for cleaning clothes, and a sink for needed purposes. The laundry room is small and hides in the back of the house.
Upstairs Sitting Area!
The variety of designs on the coffee table alone adds a pop of design to the room. The couch and the side chair provide a lot of space for people to sit on.
Gaming Room!
My personal favourite, and often the buyer's personal favourite, is The Gaming Room. A room for family and friend's to chill and have fun.
FirePlace!
The plain fireplace adds a modern texture to the house. It is best for both aesthetics, and the winter.
Bathroom - 2
Although this bathroom is simple, the articulate mirror spices up the room.
