Seaside Apartment

This is a vacation apartment situated 2 minutes walking distance away from the sea. The building will be completed in the summer of 2022. The floor plan was provided by the developer during an inquiry regarding this space. This is my how I would make use of the space and decorate.

The apartment has a large open-space area consisting of a small hallway at the entrance, a living space that can be converted into a second "bedroom" if needed, an open-space kitchen with a killer view and a bedroom. The wall pseudo-separates the two living areas and acts as a balance point.

Space Showcase 14 Renders

For some reason, the project editor decided to start with the balcony so here it is. Not very much to talk about. It's a great way to start the morning - enjoying a coffee and watching the waves.

Bathroom

Unfortunately, the bathroom does not have a window, so natural light is impossible. I believe, in this case, a darker-toned bathroom is better suited. The golden tones and the warm light compliment the dark walls.
