Set in the market square with views from the bedroom across the harbour, this one bedroom property has been created using a selection of items from the Ocean Elements trend. I imagine this modest home in a small apartment block typical of developments springing up across Croatia. A home for a young couples or professional singles.c

Balcony
The balcony has views over the square, and the luxury of a small pool. Its walls washed in colours to blend sympathetically with the traditional buildings opposite.
Creepers cling to the walls flourishing in the Croatian climate.
The balcony extends to two sitting areas and runs the length of the sitting room.
A small alfresco dining space sits adjacent to the side entrance with a trio of windows offering glimpses of the harbour.
Kitchen
A L-shaped kitchen in aquatic tones, acrylic chairs and a small corner seating area.
mirror mirror on the wall...
although not visible corner bench seating is against the walls of two sides of this table.
Bathroom
Pale blue, bleached beechwood and metallic elements make up the components for most of the rooms and the mosaic flooring runs throughout.
double sliding doors to the shower and the flooring extends to create a feature wall.
clean efficiency with this no-frills finish in sleek metal and glass.
wide raised window area....perfect for the bathroom essentials.
Living and Dining Room
Although compact this room offers enough space for two large sofas and a dining area.
cool chromes add a sleek edge to the fire place and dining chairs.
Large basket chair suspends in the slight raised window area/ perfect for watching the marketplace below.

Aquatic tones combine throughout the sitting room and lead to the side door area out onto the terrace.
Bedroom
By far the biggest room and the wow factor of this apartment is the bedroom with stunning views across the harbour.
Shades of softer blues combine with gentle wood elements and the bed sits on a raised plinth to take in the views.
integrated steps at random heights, allow ease of access and double up as display ledges.
and so to bed...luxurious bedding in coordinating tones, help aid for restful sleep.
soft velvet for a touch of gentle luxury.. this room is all about gentle calmness.
keeping furnishings to a minimum ... let the view do the talking.

This house is taking blue to the next level! Cool and serene, but also so inviting when the warmth of the sunny location outside shines through the windows and greet you with a smile! Best use of views I've ever came across! I loved touring this house and booked myself a spot on one of the lounge chairs in the bay window! Never mind if it's your bedroom, carry on, I'll keep myself to myself and dream my own dream!

Ohh Karen! Another delight! Another direction! Always something exciting and creative from you! The dining room was such a highlight! Loved the art, the fish tank/ wall, and the stainless chairs! And that gorgeous bathroom! Wow! Beautiful finishes and then you step into that fantastic bedroom! The staggered steps are an absolute favorite! This is one beautiful seaside home!!
