Living and Dining Room
Designed to resemble a jazzy cocktail lounge.. the room is a vibrant yet tasteful blend of rich red, pinks and darker masculine tones. Large mirrors and a dropped floor dinning area complete the décor.
Unexpected red add a dash of panache to this bold interior.
This beautiful wall covering was the inspiration for much of the communal areas of this home.
The dining area sits within a dropped floor level and looks directly out onto the small balcony.
Mind the step.
The colourful city reflects throughout this interior.
Second Bedroom
Although smaller than the vast master bedroom this room is of generous proportions and is a typical contemporary look for today urban lifestyle.
a touch of turquoise offsets the mainly monochrome scheme.
The bedrooms both have the same style bed.

Kitchen
tan leather, white marble and textured grey flooring.
No kitchen sink drama here.... just lots of space to cook, entertain and relax.
Three sided work space area and plenty of storage.
No clutter, all appliances are hidden behind...to create a sleek clean line appearance.
Autumnal foliage blends perfectly with the colours within this room.

These guys are not frighten of using unexpected colours/even pink.

although small in dimension this outside seating area packs a punch with its colours and urban reflections.

touches of turquoise are continued from the adjoining bedroom into this simple shower room.
The mirror frontage of the shower cubicle doubles the illusion of space.

the master bedroom offers space and almost a separate living area.
a multitude of wardrobes, space to unwind and a palette of easy-going tones.
the ubiquitous large tv for late night viewing.
tucked behind the bed area is the concealed bathroom area.
soft shades of blue and multiple windows to take in the view from your tub.
making a splash...with only the birds to catch spying you undressed.
Hallway
the entrance and hallway to the property has a small snug area to one end.

A spectacular apartment with endless beautiful details. The bedrooms are dreamy and I love the bathrooms. Very lucky guys. I wouldn't know which bedroom to stay with.

This design blew me away in the choices of colors and design elements to make it a truly unique space for the lucky inhabitants!! Who would ever think that copper and rusty red would blend so well with mink pink! And then the calm neutrals of grey and greige tones in the bedroom wings! The space was so well designed and the rooms flowing so well. Loved the ample space especially in the vast kitchen which is definitely an entertainers dream!! So well done Karen! deserves a spot on the front page!!

This is one seriously breathtaking design!! Wow!! The colors were unexpected for a masculine space but sooo perfect! Your construction was so much fun to explore! The master bedroom was a dream and I was floored by that glorious kitchen! Both bathrooms were just so brilliantly done, and the deck had such a cool vibe. Every step through this property is just so gorgeous. Again I just can't believe what a short time you've been here (on the web side) and how expert you are with it!
