Common Household
New nature inspiration approach with a common household living and adding smart functions. Turning this small nature inspired space to a smart home. Complete with humidifier and air purification system for the whole house, motion sensors and temperature control in the bathroom and video intercom for the entry security system.Planimetria 116.45㎡
Organized the space to make most of the every area of the house and better spatial planning by designating strategic location and layout to give each areas a reasonable space/size.

Kitchen
The semi-closed kitchen, by choosing a classic black & white and lighter wood tone brightens the space. Choosing a u-shaped kitchen for this space takes advantage of the option to have more physical space, option to add a wide window and long middle counter in lieu of an island
This kitchen might be small yet holds all essentials with ample cabinetry and a recess mini-washer provides all the necessities.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom is light and relaxing. This home could be for common living spaces but this bedroom gives the the luxurious feel and serene atmosphere. Having the bed on the floor gives this luxury vibe a laid-back feel to keep align with the home design concept.
This bedroom have a floor to ceiling wardrobe to provide enough storage and with a built-in entertainment for added convenience.
While lying on the bed you can enjoy the the amazing view, a beautiful feature added to this home from the extension created.
In this corner, two floor - ceiling windows, let natural light flows in and provide a glimpse of the picturesque outside view.
With semi-dressing set-up in the bedroom with a full body size mirror and a bench for dressing-up convenience.
Bathroom
This bathroom might be small but compact and designed with great functionality.
Complete with a closed full shower area and bathtub.
This toilet have smart functions from the toilet flush sensor and garbage bin with motion sensor and a vanity with smart technology controls.
Balcony
More seating was created and placed in the balcony to take advantage of the space and usability. Added a cool slim fireplace to make this space more cozy and comfortable even on the night time.
Lounge, read or relax on this side of the balcony.
In this space you can have a coffee or tea, chat with family or friends or more while looking out the city view.

Dining Area
Dining area with nature design elements, texture and materials. It has easy access to the kitchen and balcony.
On the left side of the dining area is a seating for breakfast or for small beverages or hot drinks. The long built-in counter can serve as the table or buffet counter during regular dining or during occasions.
Living Room

The entry has a mudroom/section area with seating and storage.
Just by the main entry you'll find the study/work space.
Across the entry and study/work area is the living room. The space key factor is comfort and convenience which are evident in the whole house. Likewise with colours basing with nature, along with natural materials and texture.
