family home
This is a two bedroom two bath home made for a starter family. It's most impressive amenities are the large multifunctional back yard, the open floor plan, and a spacious kitchen. This has many farmhouse elements but a few Scandinavian themes as well.
I liked the way the front (living and sun room) is very open and flows right to the back (kithcen, dining, patio). All the rooms and maintenance such as laundry are off to the right of the house. The front door is the open door on the bottom right of the plan the way it is facing.
This is a small sunroom you see when you first walk through the door. It acts as a wonderful spot to read or get some work donne.
then off to the left is the living room with a couch big enough for the family and two fireplaces off to the left of the television.
again, this is a nice flowing open space
Toward the back of the house we are led to the dining room and kitchen-again it flows very openly-the far right window has actually been changed to a black trimmed sliding door that leads to the back patio.
This is the view from behind the kitchen island at night. The house is very cozy while still remaining elegant.
this open floor plan is great for a family because you are able to keep an eye on the kids from pretty much any space, and the openness gives off plenty of room for toys and games.
this children's room features two beds and a nursery off to the side which is fantastic as this middle space with the couch acts as a barrier so that everyone still has their privacy. this room is obviously made for young children.
Here you can see the toddler bunk beds along with the cue matching vanities. While the room is small and children may not want to share, the décor and layout can help the room feel like luxury for a small child.
and on the other side of the door is the nursery which has a window looking off into the Master Bedroom for utmost safety of the infant.
My favorite part of this house is the backyard which is like a dream oasis.
Firepit, pool, playset, outdoor seating---this backyard is a dream!
Cute little picnic tables overlook the pool lit up at night.
Love love love
classic laundry room with a soaking sink, washer and dryer.
This is the main bathroom just off the kitchen it also holds the laundry room. It has a shower, and a bath-perfect for a family with kids. and the toilet is placed in a privacy wall to the right of the shower
this is the tub (my apologies shower is not shown)
Finally we have the master bedroom. This features less farmhousey elements than the rest of the house and is very spacious containing its own bathroom and a window overlooking the nursery.
a wonderful view, but still private, this window overlooks the more private areas of the backyard
Master Bath..nothing much, but still a fantastic size and feels luxurious
