Shadow Dancer
This apartment is home to Ramon a former ballet dancer now turned chorographer. His home reflects his flamboyant and complex personality masculine monochrome in the kitchen quickly develops into something more vivid in the bedroom and living space and softens once again in the luxury of the pale bathroom. Tactile textures and bold fabrics figure strongly and grey is used throughout.Planimetria 195.9㎡

To the rear of this property is a small open air terrace with views out to the city. Dark splinter stone flooring and twin walls offset the grey furnishings and pale green upholstery.
Kitchen
Pale marble, metals and sleek monochrome appearance, these twin mirrors act as a pair of living artworks reflecting any kitchen activity in their path.
The kitchen is masculine and purely function.... a no frills look... sneak in quietly and our client can often be caught mid pirouette in front of these mirrors.
A vegetarian and caffeine addict the galley style layout is perfect for our clients needs.
Good knives, fresh produce and extra virgin olive oil.. the essentials of any modern day kitchen.
Unfussy. clean and precise.. a look for todays living, and many kitchen designs.
Master Bedroom
As we move into the bedroom you will begin to see the true personality of our client evolve with his love of rich fabrics and high end furnishings. Within this room silvery grey fabrics and wallpaper has been offset with amber glass and mirrored finish oriental wardrobes.
Understated yet impressively masculine this harmonious room is restful with enough touches of glamour to excite the palette.
Bold amber coloured flooring offsets the multiples of greys and adds warmth to the colour scheme.
The twin wardrobes are bold and between them a bespoke amber glass feature fire is wall mounted.. adding comfort and visual flare to the room

Soft velvetlike fabrics are uses on the pair of slouchy style chairs and more amber glass has been used for the table top.
Hallway
The hallway which leads into the apartment are elegantly tasteful and an indication of the colours used throughout the home.
The double doors with their pale mushroom Lumosity are use throughout the home.
a feature embossed wall of appliqué leaves and flowers is just visible and is teamed up with wallpaper also used in the bedroom.
Living Room
Here in the l-shaped lounge diner the combination of amber and grey can be seen once more. One wall has bold flock wallpaper adding velvet texture and coordinating colour.
The emphasis of this room is harmony of colour throughout. A large display cabinet has the amber glass used on the coffee table and other surfaces within this apartment
This banquette has been furnished in the same pattern as the feature wall and another glass fire stands to its left.
when evening falls and the lights are dimmed the colours take on a softer look with the wall lights casting orbs of pale amber.
shadowy half light creates a subtle change to the colours, allowing them to mingle and merge into each other.
The small bronze dance figure is a treasured possession of the owner and takes centre stage on this cabinet display.
Rich, soft and a little decadent this room displays the panache of the occupants personality to the full extent here.
Bathroom
A luxury bathroom is always a desired commodity in any home today and here you will find a large sunken bath for relaxation or a roomy shower if you prefer. Or maybe you'll just take time to run your fingers over this grey silk recliner.... unpractical...but so very beautiful.
A large bathroom in soft grey once again with touches of glamour providing pizzazz and something a little special.
The floor is tiled and this low level angle looking through the shower shows the dimension of the room.
a feature wall runs by the side of the sunken bath and a ledge of products awaits to enhance your bathing pleasure.
Subtle grey items with simple checked rug are jazzed up by the ornate wallpaper.
Terrace1
need some fresh air ..... then come sit awhile on the terrace with its half clad walls and array of pot plants.
Drink in these spectacular views and take timeout to read and unwind.
Night falls and shadowy forms of foliage stand in the darkness with just the light from the bedroom illuminating this terrace.

Ohhhh! I love this. If I would have a kitchen it would definitely look like the one in here. Those twin mirrors are something ELSE! I can't explain how I love the silk chaise lounge in the bathroom. This is totally GORGEOUS✨ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Karen Berry begins to be seen here 😎 I'm very happy to see your rapid evolution. The image of the dining room is impressive. I think you couldn't have chosen better every detail and texture. I have been so amazed !!!! Only two objections: That chaislongue in the bathroom is a bit strange. I think the bathroom would win without it because it distracts a bit from the pretty walls and all the other details that you have so masterfully included. Nor would he abuse his reflexes. Some reflections bring realism, but many reflections break the harmony of the design. I look forward to that penthouse in New York (or anywhere else in the world) that I know one day you will do to leave us all in awe 😘

Ohh Ms Karen!! What a treat for my eyes!! A treat for my soul!! This apartment is so sleek and so luscious! I especially love the amber glass and metal with the greys! And I guess I'll have to fight Hester for that amazing silk lounger in the bathroom! Your first outdoor space is so beautiful with the pale chartreuse velvet upholstery. That fireplace in the master bedroom is genius and beyond beautiful. I love this place!!

Oh this was a real delight! The design read as a very good Broadway play taking you on stage upon stage of design details carefully chosen to awaken every sense in the body! I loved the space planning and the play of warm and cool colors together. So well done on all Karen and if I had to name a favorite favorite it will have to the opening shot and that gorgeous dining room area! and of course special mentioning of a silk cladded chaise in the bathroom!
