DUPLEX HOUSE
The house which I am designing is my father's. Being a Architecture student, this was the least I could do for him.these renders helped me to gain more confidence in this field and helped me practice more for my upcoming projects in my academics and profession. This house is my father's dream house and I have kept in mind the budget while designing it. the maximum furniture are wood but in variety that are available at that location. The details are precisely done , even the switch boards and art works have been places according to the availability.

Master Bedroom
The lightings are pretty sober and the client's quote for this color theme i.e. white and shade of brown has been kept in mind. The addition of this kind of study table plus book shelf was planned for the usage of the client.
The wall is not kept blank but photo frames and a wall stand is also provided for some usability.
The wallpaper and the cupboard panel design and color is matched to create similarity and rhythm in the .

Adequate sunlight is allowed in the room in order to eliminate usage of artificial lighting.
