With the deluxe apartment i tried to make it more centralized about the colors used in it. with one side being blue and the other being red. with purple in the middle to seperate the two colors being used in the apartment. giving it a rounded out feel when it comes to the colors.

i wanted to keep the interesting corner look of the delux apartment along with figuring out a way to make the 2 bed 2 bath. and i think the design i came up with is pretty interesting.

i went with a larger space for the balcony to fit the larger theme as a whole.
