Small flat/apartment design for tropical regions, inspired by small living apartments in New York, the flat has 1 living + dining + kitchen space, 1 bathroom (w/ laundry washer and dryer) and 1 cloak or closet room, Design of floor plan was originally intended as a small Art studio flat.

The ceiling LED band strips are used as lighting, these LED light band strips are also under the the wall cabinet unit and a shelf for microwave oven and other kitchen stuff.
