sakura
The color and softness of the cherry blossom.....Sakura, was the main inspiration for the color scheme of the design. But in style it took a turn to be modern, but with a little Scandi and romance. They decided not to clutter the space, especially not the wall space, so kept it mostly white and with enough negative space. Artwork were chosen carefully to compliment the furniture pieces.
I can't get enough of the play of sunlight and shadow that can be achieved with the new light mixing!!
The slatted wooden feature wall was used with great success throughout the space and made such an interesting feature.
This is an intimate lounge at the front of the house for private more intimate meetings. my eyes are drawn to the plants floating in the air......sorry about that! it slipped through the cracks.
Soft and pink and romantic with the floor and wool as understated as can be but still with interest!
The amazing soft blush pink bathe in a bathroom definitely called for some romance and was not denied it as it is the master bathroom after all......
The kitchen with a view outside into the garden. And what a find that cork tiles was on the side wall!! Loved the natural beauty of it.
The kitchen is one side of a big open plan living space which was divided into three zones: cooking, eating and sitting.
The natural feel of the wood and cork and the Scandi lines of the dining furniture and fireplace made for a lovely space.
In the sitting area of the open plan room, they used a more modern approach in furniture and décor choices!
Blush pink paired with silver, stainless steel and glass!!
The floating fireplace made a lovely feature in the space and invites anybody for a long and cozy stay!
a Swing in the bedroom of a princess? Well, why ever not ??
This is the room for the princess in the house.....and she still needs her teddy.....and sometimes her mommy!
In the bedroom they continued to use the soft pinks of the cherry blossom and paired it with the crispness of white!
The romance continued in the bedroom.....
This is the dressing room fit for a queen! Well organized and with ample storage!!
And the lovely play of sunlight wanting to come and play inside!
The modern touch of the pink and white geometric patterned floor is the main attraction in this bathroom.
Double showers in the second bathroom.
Such a beautiful space! I love how everything flows!

Ohhh so pretty in pink! I love how you took a Skandi approach. The view past the fireplace into the dining room is so striking! And the cork!! I love that! Wow, you kept such a consistency with the wood - it all flows so beautifully. Gorgeous design, my friend!!
