Contemporary Bungalow
In this design I focused on the inside as well as the outside. This is a bungalow with all the bedroom and living areas facing the enclosed garden.This is my second design where I tried doing some outside furnishing, but this time I also gave a go at a pool and some deco on the house. I haven't made a design in a while and I hope you like it!
Floor Plan 239.91㎡
This is a L-shaped house. All the bedrooms and bathrooms lead on to a hallway which leads to the large open-spaced living and dining area.

The bedrooms lead out into the garden, one of them leading straight to the swimming pool where you can relax and cool down on a hot summery day!
This is the view of the house with two beautiful deck beds beside the pool. There is also outdoor lighting if you want to be outside when it is dark

This is the view of the garden and the house from the back of the garden
The garden has a small patch of grass at the back with a huge tree growing in the middle.
A concrete footpath goes around the whole house giving you access from all sides
There is a chair hanging from the tree where you can read a book or simply relax and look at the splendid surroundings

This is the living area with a fireplace to keep you cosy
This is the view of the living area as if you were standing behind the kitchen island. The island has a simple but effective deco.
This is some shelving above the seat in the wall. A few decorations to make the hallway feel cosier and more homey.
The view of the garden from inside. Big double doors connect you with the outdoors while keeping you safe inside.
This is the seat in the wall where you can sit and take your shoes of when you come inside.
The sofa
Above the fireplace is a clock and a simple decoration to keep you aware of the time.

A warm light above the bed giving the room a cosy feeling
A simple chair in the corner where you can read a book
The master bedroom. This has a TV so you can lie in bed and watch a movie! There are huge doors so you can walk into the garden whenever you want!
A seating area by the pool outside where you can have you coffee and read the newspaper (hence the newspaper and the cup on the table)
The master bathroom
The master bathroom is very similar to the main bathroom it is just smaller and is laid out a little differently.

Both bathrooms have windows facing into the garden.
The boy's bedroom has a TV opposite the bed and a shelving area where he can put bits and bobs.
The wardrobe
The LED lights give the room a cosier feel and emit more light.
The huge double doors lead straight into the garden with a magnificent view.
A beanbag in the corner where you can relax.
This is one of my favourite renders!
The laundry room
The laundry room can be accessed by the outside, through the kitchen and from the hallway making it easily accessible.
The LED lights give the room a warmer feel.
This is my favourite bedroom.
This bedroom has double doors which lead straight into the pool! This means that you don't even have to walk far, just open the doors and jump in!
The wardrobe
The girl's bedroom has a shelving units to put in toys and that are also quite attractive.
