Dubai Villa
This Dubai Villa aimed to encapsulate true elegance with slight touches of minimalism. It was important for this living space to be appreciated in all its beauty and value as en entirety rather than the beauty of the smaller elements of this villa.平面佈置圖 3617.2㎡
The home is tied together by similar touches such as the strong presence of marble, touches of green hues and most importantly neutrality - browns, greys and whites.

Embodying neutrality and simplicity, this on-suite bedroom was designed to be fully functional yet spacious and not too overcrowded. The division in the room was imperative to achieve this objective.
The colour scheme of browns and greys falls through into the on-suite with this gorgeous grey marble detailed with subtle brown elements.
Laundry Room
Perhaps being one of my favourite rooms of this villa, the nursery embodies luxury with hints of fun perfect for an infant.
To ensure that this space wasn't overwhelmed by pink, greys and browns were carried through to this room, providing balance.

Living and Dining Room
The master bedroom is quite an intimate space, with the different elements of the room closely touching yet maintaining a functional distance.
Green was carried through to this on-suite which is a truly elegant and calming space.
Home Office
The bathroom is perhaps the most simple space in this house, helping to centre the space. With its muted colours and lack of excessive decor, this bathroom truly speaks for itself. To maintain character, beautiful neutral-toned layered tiles were used alongside hexagonal flooring tiles.
The hallway was created to be both simply functional and simply beautiful. This was achieved through the centralized seating areas and stunning empty spaces surrounding the space.
Green is often strongly associated with nature and balance which was important for this kids room. Rest, work and play are all incorporated in this room, fit for a young child.
