Petit appartement de style ferme moderne en Californie
This design is a modern farmhouse apartment, with one bedroom, a large entertaining area, a bright bathroom, and a cozy laundry room. The colors include pale brown, white, and touches of color here and there! Enjoy! :)

Kitchen, Living, & Dining Room
The bull head above the dining table adds a nice farmhouse touch.
The dining table is an uploaded 3D model.
The words on the coffee table are my favorite.

This is my favorite render!
The centerpiece on the island is calming and simple.
The kitchen is uploaded from 3D sky. The island is made from 3D modeling, and the bar seats add a nice farmhouse touch to finish it off.
A tall fireplace makes the living room the perfect place to chill. In California, because we don't have snow, you could say it would be perfect for the fireplace to be used on a rainy day (it is raining today where I live in California). :)
Behind the sofa.
The sofa was chosen for it's pillow color (had to change the main sofa color to white) and how it worked so well with the centerpiece on the coffee table that I uploaded from 3D sky. The sofa was also chosen for it's space. So many people can sit on it!
Bathroom
The bathroom is bright and has sweet colors.
Kid's Bedroom
The desks are some of my favorite.
The blinds add a nice touch to the room.
The chairs at the desks are my favorite.
This can be a guest bedroom, kid's bedroom, or even a master bedroom if you want it to be!
The bedroom has beautiful beds.
