v2_Pier Palace
Ok, it's not exactly a palace... and the rendering is awful... but on the bright side, it is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with gorgeous views of the ocean! A spacious living room makes it easy to entertain guests and the 2 secondary bedrooms can be used as an office and a guest bedroom, or anyway you would like! I wanted the Master Bedroom to have it's own bathroom, and a closet for sure, but then I thought about adding another bedroom, and an office. I think that it could also be a large apartment for a family too.

Kitchen/Dining
Laundry Room
This is the laundry room, I always think that it is a neccessity, instead of having it in a garage.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a walk in closet, and a bathroom. While it does not have a view of the sea, it almost makes up for it by being the bigges bedroom in the house;)
Second Bedroom
The guest bedroom has a nice view of the bay, and the pier. A small desk is also included in this room.
Office
This office provides a good workspace for someone who works from home, but it could also be turned into a small bedroom.
Bathroom
The bathroom is dark in this picture (did not have good rendering), but has exceptional space and storage.
Living Room
The second bedroom, office, and master bedroom doors are shown here, but the bathroom is also right off the living room
Right next to the entry way is the door that leads to the laundry room which can also double as a mudroom.
An archway in the wall gives a nice touch when you come from the living room into the kitchen/dining room
The combined kitchen and dining room has a spectacular view of the bay.

Yes, I did have a few of my designs that i used the ulta HD, and it is so awesome! Im just saving up my coins for a projest that i really like since i dont have a lot right now. Thank you for the feedback though:)
