Model created of a client's existing living room to feature dark hardwood flooring she was on the fence about choosing. A new L-shaped sectional changes the layout of the room allowing a path to the outdoor patio. A fireplace insert and surround were added to the space for the client to visualize if it would take up too much space or would be worth constructing.
