Beautiful place near the sea

We have developed a design project for this apartment for a family with a teenager.

Functional tasks that needed to be solved in this space:

- combine the dining and living areas and make one large space out of it;
- provide two bathrooms: the main one and the guest one, while the guest one should be equipped with a bathtub, and the owner's bathroom - with a bathtub and a shower cabin;
- create a separate dressing area in the bedroom for the owners' belongings;
- divide the room for a teenager into two zones: a working and, directly, a recreation area.
