#HSDA2020Residential First Floor Luxury Apartment
A luxury style first floor penthouse. This design shows an entry way, kitchen and dining area, a living room, and bathroom, as well as a separate space for stairs. There are mainly gray tones, but there are lots of gold accents through out the house. Every room pretty much features all white but still cozy furniture, to make this a comfortable space but still very fancy!平面佈置圖 123.97㎡
You walk in and have a separate space to sit before you enter the living room and kitchen area. The stairs are on the other side of the entrance, so you do have to walk through each room before going upstairs. Ideally there would also be an elevator near the entrance.

An all marble kitchen! A built in light trough as well instead of hanging lights.
A beautiful view for a beautiful room! These chairs look extremely comfortable but still luxurious.
The first floor bathroom, just a toilet and sink.
On the opposite side of the kitchen, we have stairs that would lead to the top floor.
The living space! I decided not to add a television because it would mess up the vibe for the room. So, instead we have lots of sitting space with a nice view!
The entry way, looks like this on both sides, a mirror which you see in the reflection and the table.
The entry way, a small sitting area before walking into the living room. A place to put shoes on or take them off. Or to finish last minute touches before leaving out the door.
