A townhouse with 2 floors for a big family the house can be divided in 2 half but it can also be converted into 4 independent apartments under one roof ,so family is close but with enough privacy of their own, and at the same time they all can shared the patio to get together for a BBQ. my thoughs are grandparents downstairs side 2, older sibiling with family of its own 2 kids* living in side 1, younger brother can have 2nd floor of side 2, can install a smaller kitchen upstairs and has 1 bedroom available to grow a future family!
