Well, they were going to do the renovations themselves, but they may not have been able to afford it just yet. Not real sure where they are at with it currently.

Thank you, Mary! This was the bathroom of a friend of mine. She wanted to renovate it as hers was very dated, so I showed her some varied options according to the styles she preferred. She was curious to see if a fireplace could work in the space.
