For the outside, it's really just an optical illusion. I just used several walls, making the the heights I wanted, giving the illusion of multiple floors. Inside when I do a second floor I search "ceiling" then adjust it to the height and thickness that I want. I really wish this site made it where we could open each other's designs and learn from them!!
