I created a studio-style condo dividing the bedroom from the rest of the space by using an industrial style glass wall. instead of a formal style dining room, I used a bar at the peninsula for dining space and to separate the living room from the kitchen.

I decided to put the laundry in the front entry because that is closest to the closet. by putting the laundry in a dedicated room it frees up space and adds a sense of separation.
