this is an old factory bought by a developer it was split up into condos all unique in their own way. this condo features a new kitchen stainless steel appliances and an industrial-style living room and bedroom separated by a glass wall

I created a studio-style condo dividing the bedroom from the rest of the space by using an industrial style glass wall. instead of a formal style dining room, I used a bar at the peninsula for dining space and to separate the living room from the kitchen.

I decided to put the laundry in the front entry because that is closest to the closet. by putting the laundry in a dedicated room it frees up space and adds a sense of separation.
